The base of this hat was hand blocked and covered in a bright neon green wool felt. The hat adorned with an array of striking Macaw and Amazon feathers. Macaw feathers are red on one side and blue on another.
The hat is fully lined. The headpiece is attached with a black hat elastic.
Dimensions: Base of the hat measures 15cm appr.
